What an amazing person/owner. I called A&A Towing Services based off of their incredible reviews I read while I was broke down on the side of 83 South in the middle of rush hour evening traffic scrolling through my phone looking for a good tow truck service that wasn't going to rob me blind while taking advantage of my desperate situation and being a female. I called and Sam answered promptly asked where was I broke down at and said he'll be there in 45 mins and HE WAS! He was super friendly, professional and curtious. He allowed me to ride with him as he towed my car to the dealership. I was so appreciative and thankful. His price was more than reasonable and fair. I was happy to give him a small tip as well. I had an amazing experience with AATOWING! I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire, and within minutes of calling them, a technician arrived to help. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. The technician was efficient and knew exactly what to do, changing my tire in no time. I recently used the road side assistance for a tire change… once I called Sam got to me in no time. His service was incredibly amazing.. it was late at night and me and my kids had broke down with a flat tire and he changed my tire in no time and the price was very reasonable.. The best towing company ever. Was extremely nice and helpful. Was very careful with my car. Jumped my car free of charge. Looked at car and helped to figure out the problem and how to fix it. Let's just say I've had AAA for over 20yrs and never a problem till now. It took 2weeks with them to work on my situation to no avail. Sam came over once in his car to fix mine and when that didn't work came back and towed my car to my mechanic. Nice guy. GREAT job! What more can one ask for? He's in my contacts. At 10pm I called around to get a reasonable price. I came across this company; Sam came out. Not only did Sam came to tow my vehicle but he actually check the vehicle to see what was wrong before towing!! I’m more than appreciative. Car broke down on the highway.. call them got a better estimate than anybody else around me by a lot!! Told me 10 to 15 minutes and was here in like 12 if not 10 !! Sam was very helpful, while the hole in the tire was to large to patch he worked at slowing the leak until I could drive the car out to the street so that he could tow us to a tire shop that was able to repair it. With the way the roads are in Baltimore, I have put A&A's number in my contacts. ~ don t

A&A Towing, did amazing for us. Our company driver broke down on the side of 695 t. Was able to find us a mechanic and tow our sprinter van within an hour of contacting him.
